Show THE KII 8 ON Hi GEAR E. H. Jones, Jr., of Kelton, has made three trips from his home to Ogden Og-den with a King-8 on nigh gear, experiencing ex-periencing no trouble at all. The last trip was made a few days ago by way of Promontory hill and the gear was not changed. It is a heavy grade but the machine moved over it in such n way as to cause Mr. Jones to feel he has a dandy car. Local Manager C. A. Knowlden is well pleased with the car, and Eddie Rickenbacher the daring "Big Swiss" race pilot, believes the eight cylinder motor car will eventually show more speed and greater endurance than the four and six cylinder cars. He states further that he has never driven or ridden in a car that has more flexibility flexi-bility of the motor and quicker getaway geta-way and he is of the opinion that It is a question of only a short time when the eight will prove to b& the top car. |
