Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board of Commissioners to make the following follow-ing described improvement, to-wit: To create both sides of Twentieth Street between Wall and Washington Washing-ton Avenues as a curb and gutter district dis-trict and to construct therein, including includ-ing all Intersections, concrete curbs and gutters, the removal of all trees, fences, poles, buildings, the building of all culverts, Irrigation and drain-ago drain-ago systems, and round corners for driveways, complete Bldewalks at intersections, in-tersections, together with the necessary neces-sary grading therefor, and all other things necessary' to complete the whole in a proper manner according to the plans, specifications, and profiles pro-files on file in the office of the City Engineer, and to defray the whole of the cost and expense of the abuttor's portion thereof by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, being the district to be affected or benefited by such Improvement, Im-provement, namely: All tho land lying ly-ing between the outer boundary linos of said street and a line drawn fifty feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lineB on both sides of Twentieth street between Wall and Washington Avenues, being Lot 4 of Block 53, Plat "A"; Lots 3, 4, 5, 14, and 30 of Block 7, Five-Acre Plat "A;" Lots 1 to 11 1-2, inclusive, of Block 1, Lots 1 to 11, Inclusive, of Block 2, Lots 1 to 11, Inclusive, of Block' 3, Lots 12 to 22, Inclusive, of Block 4, and Block 5, all in Riverside Park Addition; Lot 6 of Block 1, Lots 12 to 17, inclusive, of Block 2, and Lots 1 to 9. inclusive, of Block 3, all in Thomas L. Williams Estate Sub-division, all in Ogden City Survey. The total cost of said improvement is estimated at fivo thousand ($5,-000,00) ($5,-000,00) dollars. AH protests or objections to such improvement or to the carrying out of such intention must be presonted in writing signed by the 'owners of abutting property describing the same together with the number of abutting front feet and be filed with the City Recorder on nr before ihp. The Board of Commissioners at its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wit, to-wit, the 11th day of July, 1916, will consider the proposed levy and hear ahd consider such protests or objections objec-tions to said improvement as shall have been made.
