Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notico Is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board of Commissioners Com-missioners to make the following described de-scribed improvement, to-wlt: To create cre-ate Twenty-sixth street from the east side of Washington avenue to the west side of Madison avenuo as a paving pav-ing distilct and to pave tho roadway therein with one and one-half (1 1-2) Inches of asphalt wearing surface and n one (1) Inch asphalt binder course on a six (6) inch concrete foundation, tho building of all culverts, irrigation and drainage syBtemB, the rebuilding and building of all curbs, gutters, and sidewalks where necessary, also to construct six-inch sewer laterals and water servico pipes to the curb line at tho expense of tho individual owners own-ers opposite the lots or parts of lots or houses not now supplied with such connections, together with the necessary neces-sary grading therefor, and all other things necessary to complete the whole in a proper manner according to the plans, specifications, and profiles pro-files on file in tho office of the City Engineer, and to defray the whole of tho cost and expense of the abutter's portion thereof by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lotB or pieces of ground within tho following described district, being the district to be affected or benefited by such 11 1 Improvement, namely: All the land1, j lying between tho outer boundary j lines of said street and a line drawn "" j fifty feet back from and parallel to 7"? said outer boundary lines on both j s-Ides of Twenty-sixth street between j Washington and Madison avenues, be- . jj 1 Ing part of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, J 0 Block 12, Plat "A"; Lots 6 and 7, 1 J t Block 13, Plat "A"; Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, (L , and 10, Block 14, Plat "A"; Lots 1 and ji . 2, Block 15, Plat "A"; Lots 1, 2, 3, , . 4. and 5. The estimated cost of each water I connection Is twenty ($20.00) dollars. The estimated cost of each sewer j connection is twenty-five ($26.00) dol- ,j JJ I lars. JI The total cost of said Improvement J I is estimated at twenty-seven thousand ($27,000.00) dollars.
