Show coiravERsr is TO BE SETTLED In the case of James E. Ballantynq against W. A. Perkins, for a partnership partner-ship accounting, which was taken up in Judge N. J, Harris' division of the district a court a few days ago, tho parties have settled the controversy by stipulation. The terms of the stipulation are that the firm Is indebted to W. A. Perkins in the sum of $10,171, which represents the assets, but Mr. Ballan-tyne Ballan-tyne is privileged to purchase the account ac-count for $9,000 within ninety days. At the expiration of ninety days, if the purchase shall not have seen made, Mr. Ballantyne shall have an additional time of ninety days to make the purchase. |
