Davis and George HH Dugan were taken into custody yea HH terday afternoon at the local Inter- H urban terminal, by Detectives Woot- HH ten and Syphers and Patrolman j Brown and Fitzgerald, on the charge H of disturbing the peace. They were alleged to have engaged in a fight on a Bamberger train, it being said that they attempted to use pocket knives. The trio was given into the custody of Sheriff Bert Reading of Davis county, early in the evening, HH and taken to Farmington. H Spivey, who claims Richmond, Va as his home, is the man who stabbed Roy Ingebretsen in. the back with a knife, in Ogden, July 13, 1914, and HH served a 90-day sentence in the coun- " ty Jail for the offense. When search- HH ed at the police station, yesterday, a pocket knife with a broken blade was found on him. H Davis said his homo is in Ports- V mouth, Ohio, and Dugan hails from Cleveland, Ohio. on |
