Show oo JUDGMENTS ARE SET ASIDE Pocatello, Idaho, April 8. Judge Alfred Budge of the district court yesterday announced his decision in the case of several parties against tho Southern Idaho Water Power company, in which great damages were claimed for flooding, and, aside from the judgment for damages sustained sus-tained by hay crops, set aside tho judgment against the company. About $3800 was collected a few weeks ago from patrons of the company by the sheriffs of Bannock, Bingham nnd Power counties, which satisfied a judgment for loss of hay. The judgments judg-ments set aside were in fnvor of Freda Sparks, ?26,940; Walter Sparks, ?21,750: E, E. White, $2G,-940; $2G,-940; W. W. "White. $0,100; E. J. Twomey, $5850; N. Smith, $8750; American Falls Development company com-pany 2500: Philbrick &. Greenwood, $12,000, and T. E, St. John, $2500. Philbrick & Greenwood were allowed $350 for attorneys' fees. There is probability of an appeal from this decision to the supreme court. |
