Matson, secretary of the Utah Canning company, has sold his stock In that company to the other stockholders stock-holders and resigned his official position. po-sition. For this reason the official staff of the company will be reorganized reorgan-ized in the near future. The present officers are I. N. Pierce, president: II. L. Herrington, I. L. Pierce and Mrs. Mary Matson. Secretary Mat-sou's Mat-sou's stock was equally divided among these five.
