Show MMUICAIION ON THE SOUTH FORK RESERVDiR The city board of commissioners this morning referred to Mayor A. G Fell, superintendent of the waterworks water-works department, the communication communica-tion of William Glasmann, president of the Ogden River Reservoir com' pany, requesting an adjustment of accounts between the city and his company provided for in the articles of agreement entered into between the two parties about a year ago. The communications relate that the committee of arbitration agreed upon by the parties should make an adjustment of accounts at this time, or In the near future, as before long the trenches at the South Fork dain-site dain-site will be filled with water and an inspection of them would not be possible pos-sible until some time thereafter. The president of the reservoir company also calls attention to the fact that all but 15 per cent of $13,000 worth of work on the dam, done by the Owens company, has been paid and that there is much machinery at the dam owned jointly by the city and the i company, and that the relative Inter-I Inter-I ests should be adjudicated at an early time. The president expresses regrets that the city is not on the side of the reservoir company in the suit between be-tween the company and the American Construction company and Ogden City, respecting a certain lieu held l by the American company on real lg' estate embraced in the reservoir site. oo e 1 1 |
