For the continuance of exploration work the compauy has determined to lease all Its holdings, present and future fu-ture to the Railroad Valley syndicate, in which shareholders in the company com-pany will have the preferential right to subscribe. The syndicate Is to pay a royalty upon all commercial soda and potash produced. At the present time lack of transportation facilities prevents tho enterprise being a profitable pro-fitable one; but it is believed the discovery of potash will assure the construction of the-proposed railroad between Ely and Goldfield. says the Ely Expositor. |
