General Venustiano Carranza, his military staff, members of his cabinet, and a large number of clerks left here for Chihuahua, the new provisional capital, capi-tal, today. A pilot train with a guard of -100 soldiers left here last night to clear the way for the chief of the revolu tion, and official residence and cxecu tlve officers are awaiting him at Chihuahua Chi-huahua and with his office force on the scene there win bo scarcoly an interruption of the "-orkiugs of th. provisional government.
