COMPLAINT FILED attorney joseph chez filed a complaint in district court today for IL W ommett against mary ferran in a suit for the foreclosure of a certain chattel mortgage executed and delivered by the defendant to secure payment on a certain promissory note under date of april 12 in the sum of the mortgage consisted 0 furniture including a abu bert piano contained in ac rooms on second story of the emmett block at twenty fourth street an attempt to foreclose the mortgage by advertisement was offset by he defendant in the above action who through her attorney M D lessenger on sunday last secured a restraining order which called for the closing of the mortgage in the district court and resulted in the above action
