OCR Text	Show ORDER MUST PAY TAXES topeka kas july 31 judge dana of the district court has decided that the lodge of the knights and lactea ot security shall pay taxes on their reserve fund this Is the result of a suit brought by county treasurer bowen to make this order pay taxes on this fund tho last legislature decided that charitable institutions reserve funds were exempt from taxation although the constitution of the state held otherwise this Is the order that has 75 tied up in the defunct first national bank
