Show SUSPENDED SENTENCE GIVEN Seven men charged with" vagrancy wore allowed to go by the police Judge today on the plea that they were headed for points where they expected to find work. James McCoy and James Burton stated that they had come down from Pocatello with a little money and that (hoy had succeeded In spending it for drink. They wanted to go to Cache vallej to work on a ranch and the Judge suspended n six months' sentence sen-tence that thev might do so. George Morgan and George Taylor pleaded not guilty and their case was set for tomorrow morning. Frank Edwards pleaded guilty, stating that he was a coal miner from Washington and was selling court plaster to pay his way south, where he could recover from various ailments contracted in tho mine?.
