When Ward went out to his barn at North Ogden to milk at (1 o'clock this morning, there was no sign of a rig in his yard He left the yard soon after but returned at G:30 to find a. double rig. The horses and wagon were later identified as the property of Dr. Plpp of Ttomonton. Tho theory that the man rode to Ogden from .Mr. Ward's place this morning on the early North Ogden car was exploded when the car men stated that they had no passengers on that car. A milk man met four men near Five Points at an early this morning, morn-ing, walking to Ogden and they were rather tough looking customers. It is now believed that1 they were the fleeing bandits. They undoubtedly have joined pals here and are now In safe hiding. |
