Show SOME DAMAGE SUIT SS SN COURT Today the personal injury damage suit of Emory Soule against Albert E. Wcatherby, Paul Van Komcn and others was taken up lor tnai in Judgo Howell's division of tho dio-trlct dio-trlct court Ir. the suit tho plaintiff alleges that, through the carelessness and negligence of the defendants, he fell into u pit on the sidewalk In front of the Washington Meat market on Washington avenue, between Twenty-fourth and Twenty-fifth streets, June 2G. 1009, and broke his left leg, his right arm was dislocated and he was otherwise brulsod and maimed to tho extent that ho was crippled for life The plaintiff Is saiu to bo SO years old ,and not physically ablo to stand such shocks. It is claimed that the defendants, whilo excavating tho sidewalk at the place in question, failed to place bnr-rlera bnr-rlera around the excavation and that Ilghu were not placed In a position where the public could be warned of the danger and that tho plaintiff walked Into tbo place.
