Show APRIL TERM OF DISTRICT C0RT In Judge Howell's division of tho district court this morning cases for hearing during tho. April term of court were set, there being only a few cases to bo considered. The Davis county calendar has grown to considerable consid-erable proportions -during the past few months and much time will be spent by Judge Howell at P"armlng-tou P"armlng-tou In April. The two judges alternate alter-nate in attending to legal matters of Davis and Morgan counties. Judge Harris is sitting on the Farmington bench this month and Judge Howell will be there next month. It requires re-quires only a dny-or two In the Morgan county division. The cases set for. trial this morning morn-ing were as follows: State of Utah vs. Hyrum Peterson, April -1. A. J. Morgan vs. -Salt Lake and Ogden Og-den Railway company. April 9. ePter E. Anderson vs. Denver & Rio Grande company, April 15. Annie White vs. the Ogden Rapid Transit company. April IS. Timothy O'Neill vs. Alma Kcycs, April 11. |
