In all the grand Jury returned eight Indictments, but named only the three men in the charges. Threo of the Indictments In-dictments aro against McNamara, who Is In Jail In Los Angeles, where he was taken after being arrested in this city on April 22, 1910. One Indictment In-dictment charges hini with conspiracy to dynamite industrial works of the Peoria & Pokin Union railroad at Peoria, III., and the other two le-ferred le-ferred to the storing of dynnmlto in this cit. The other five Indictments aro against Detective Burns, who Is under un-der $1,000 ball to the local grand jury and Detective Hossick of Los Angeles, who has not been arrested. Tfie grand jury reported they .found no evidence to sustain tho charges of kidnaping against Walter Drew of New York, counsel for tho National Erectors' association, J. A. G. Badorf, Drew's assistant, W J. Ford, assistant district attorney of Los Angeles county, Cal and Frank P.
