Show RTMMNUU. I IS TALKING Indicating a Complete Understanding With the Prosecution Los Angoles, May 3. An incident denoting the complete understanding between OrUo McManlgal, the alleged confessed dynamiter, with the district attorney's office, occurred today when District Attorney Fredericks held an Interview of three-quarters of an hour with McManlgal in his cell in jail. A stenogapher from tho district attorney's attor-ney's office took down McManigal's statements. Mr. Fredericks declined to reveal the subject of his interview but it is believed be-lieved to have had to do with tho arraignment ar-raignment of tho prisoners, which Is expected to take place within the next two or three days. Since It has been virtually assured that Judge Walter Bordwoll of the superior court of this county, will preside pre-side at the trials of John J McNamara, McNam-ara, secretary of the International Association As-sociation of Bridge & Structural Iron Workers, and his brother, James B. McNamaa, charged with dvnamltlng, both the prosecution and the dofenso aro busily preparing for tho formal arraignment of tho men. Tho arraignment will afford Leo. M, Rappaport, loading counsel for the 'McNamara brothers, his first opportunity oppor-tunity to see the Indictments and decide de-cide whether or not to attack their legality le-gality Ho has announced that tho pollcv of the defense will not be one of delay. It Is probable that the arraignment arraign-ment will be held soon after tho arrival ar-rival here from Indianapolis of Joseph E. Ford, assistant attorney of Los Angeles. Ang-eles. -Mr. Ford Is believed to be bringing with him considerable evidence evi-dence of a documentary nature for tho prosecution. D. F.
