Dr. Jin Fuey Moy, a Chinese physician who lives on a largo country estafe at Woodcllff Lake, Is under arrest today charged with being In a conspiracy to smuggle 100 Chinamen Into the United States from the Island of Jamaica. The arrest was made by a United States marshall on an indictment secured se-cured In the United States court In Massachusetts. The indictment charges charg-es that Dr. Moy, together with Goodman Good-man Phillips, Harvey C Daley, and George A. Gardiner of Boston, entered Into a conspiracy, beginning on November No-vember 1, 1910, to charter a vessel and bring the 100 Chinamen Into the United Unit-ed States. It is said that they were to recelvo from $450 to $500 for each passenger. When arraigned Dr Moj- offered a baj? containing $6,000 worth of Jewelry as ball, but this was declined. "President McKlnley was my friend," said the Chinaman. "I was an Inspector of immigration at Boston Bos-ton during his administration and if he were alive, this arrest would not have happoned.
