Show MURDERER Shot His Son-in-Law and Then Shot an Officer Auburn, N. Y., May 3. Jos. Ncsce, alias Jos. Nash, died in the electric chair early today for the murder of his son-in-law, Thomas Delmontc. Nash went to the chair unfalteringly. unfaltering-ly. Nash, who was a resident of Waterloo, Water-loo, N. Y., called at tho home of his daughter, next door, on the night of Feb 7, 1910, and engaged in a quarrel quar-rel with his son-in-law, Thomas Del-moute Del-moute ovor the payment of a meat bill. Delmonte had married Nash's daughter, Rose, only a week before While Delmonte's back was turned, Nash shot him. Delmonte died a few days later. After the shooting, Nash fled Policeman Po-liceman Wm. H Lltzenbergqr pursued pur-sued him and was shot three times In attempting to arrest him. |
