Show Ephraim Items From the Enterprise Dan Overlade says he expects to move to Castle Valley in the near future where he Intends to put in a grist mill The 24th at Ephraim was as dead as a door nail, and in consequence a number num-ber of our yonng sports took in the sights in Mt. Pleasant and Manti. Thos. Lund has removed hi mill about one half mile further down the canyon in which it was. At this place there Is reported to be more timber than any other place in the county Farmers in the vicinity of Ephraim and Spring City are rejoicing over the fine prospects of enormous hay crops this year. Some of them say that there are meadows that are yielding from a third to one half more than they did la3t year. The heavy spring rains are acconntable for this and should receive their just credit. |
