OCR Text	Show The condition of some of the alloys in Milford is not conducive to community health. There are plugged-up 9ewers that need attention; there are places where filth and refuse are dumped into the alleys. The question of public health is a serious one and not to be trifled with. The best way to prevent an epidemic of disease is to clean np the disease-breeding plague spots before any pestiltnce has a chance to obtain a foot-hold. Typhoid feve-r is reported to the north-west of us; let us uot be caught napping.
