A Splendid Showing East Antelope Rapidly Demonstrating Demon-strating its Richness Just Entering Big Bed of High Grade Ore The NEWS man took a "day off," Sunday, and went over the East Antelope An-telope and Crater properties, a dozen milts north-east of Miiford. One hundred feei from the opening, and crossing the main tunnel almost north and south, there hat been encountered a vein, fifteen feet in width, showing good averages in copper. Ahaftisuow being sunk on the south side of the tunnel, at this point, the hole now being down about eighteen feet. At the end of the main tunnel, at a point not far from where the northeast north-east south-west fissure Bhould enter-sect enter-sect the former, a bed of unusually high-grade copper ore has been entered. en-tered. The width or other extent ol this body cannot be determined at this time, but it is expected that the next few days will uncover a large deposit. The East Antelope is in one of the most highly mineralized section!-of section!-of the State. The writer traverspd the entire length of the Antelope claims, over a continuous outcropping of galena and copper indications. In fact, from the Mammoth Copper and Crater properties, on the south, through the Antelope, East Antelope and Cove holdings, there is an area iibnut five or six miles in length by half a mile wide, in which it ia hard to find an acre of ground not highly mineralized. min-eralized.
