Show Notice to Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, July 26, 191U. NOTICE is hereby given that the Horn Silver Mining Company, by iU general manager, W. H. Hendrickson, whose post office address is Frisco. Utah, has made application in accordance accord-ance with the requirements of tin Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, at amended by the Session Laws of Utah , 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate ten (10) cubic feet of water per second from Squaw Spring, Beaver County, Utah. Said spring issues at a poiui which bears south 45 degrees, west 4200 feet from the southwest corner Section 24, Township 27 south, Range 13 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. The water will be diverted at the sprirlg and conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 6000 feet and used at, the Horn Silver- Mine, in the San Francisco Mining District, for the concentration of gold, silver, popper, lead and zinc ores. Thii-application Thii-application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6780. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of j $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion I of the publication of this notice.
