Show Notice of Publication Department of the Interior, U. S. Laud Office at Salt Lake City, Utah, August 26, 1916. NOTICE is hereby given that Mrs. Goldie Close, of Black Rock, Utah, deserted wife of Ray E. Close, who, on Februarv 3, 1913, made Homestead Entry, Serial No. 010997, for E'i, Section 33, Township 24 South, Range 10 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of in'ention to make three year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before Herbert Nichols, U. S. Commissioner, at Milford, Mil-ford, Utah, on the 7th day of October, 1916. Claimant names as witnesses: Mrs. V. Waddoups, Mrs. J. F. Raymond, J.F.Raymond, all of Malone. Utah, and Jim Hatton, Sr. of Reed. Utah. The entryman, Ray E. Close, is notified that, by submission of said proof, his wife, Mrs. Goldie Close, seeks to obtain patent in her own name. Gould B.
