Utah, Contestee : You are hereby notified that Mendel Lewis Lyons, who gives Milford, Utah, as his pot.t-oftice address, did on July 15, 1916, fi'.e in this oilice his duly corroborated application to contest and secure th cancellation of your Homestead Kntry No. 013508, made November 28, 1914, for Section one, Township 25 South, Range 10 west, tait LaKe Meridian, ana as; grounds for his contest he alleges that no residence has been established upon tlie said land, nor has he since rhe date of entry or any time prior thereto, made any improvements of any kind or natnreupon the said land, but the land is iu the same condition now that it was when filed upon.
