Show North Tract . . . Mrs. J. B. Walker Well Folks. Have you ever noticed how free and easy women folks are around a quilting? Weil ,the Jolly Stitchers Stitch-ers meeting last Friday was all quilting. No meeting to" speak of at all. There were about 30 ladies present. Mrs. June Reid, Mrs. Martha Mar-tha Johns, and Mrs. Fern Foote were the hostesses. M-S Schaffner are visiting her folks, M-S George Jensen. Mr. Schaffner has a discharge from the Army. Wilford Minister and family were home for a weeks visit. i Mrs. Nettie Perkins is in the Delta Del-ta hospital for treatment. She is sume better at this writing. The Jolly Stitchers will not hold their canyon outing as planned for. this Friday. Lafe Morrison has leased his mining property, so now we see more of him and his wife can direct di-rect his efforts other days besides Sundays. Miss Ruby Turner is spending her vacation with her family. She is working at the Bennett Glass and Paint Co. in Salt Lake. Among the recent vacationists at Fish Lake are M-S Ormand Ogden, Mrs. Bryant Larson, Editht Larson and Mrs. A-va A-va Ogden. Norman Erickson and family are visiting in Salt Lake for a few days. I Well, we got two new outfits go- j ing up and down the row7s in the ! hay field. It picks the hay up and j pushes it into a grinder and blows ' it into a red wagon and away it j trundles to the mill or car, or to j some place where it is stored. Carl j Theobald is operating one set and the Delta Mill the other. Clairie Anderson, Orvin Barney Daniel Christensen and Marvin Ogden Og-den are among recent fellows to be called in for their military physical physi-cal examniation.
