Show OPA Office Being Closed; Delta Will Remain Open There will be 39 Utah war price and rationing board offices closed by October 1, according to an announcement an-nouncement made this week by H. Grant Ivins, OPA district director. Price panels and community service serv-ice committees of those boards being be-ing consolidated will continue to ; function. One board orfice will be retained in each county. In Millard county the office in Fillmore will be closed, and the one in Delta . kept open. Lt.
