Show District court. The April term of court began Tuesday. Tues-day. A. M. Clayton asked that he be allowed to plead on Wednesday and court adjourned until that time. His 1 attorneys tiled demurrers and demanded de-manded a bill of particulars. The demurrer was overruled and Clayton then pleaded not guilty to the three counts. Friday, April 22nd, was set as the day of trial. Clayton's counsel asked for the privilege of photographing a certain page of one of the county tax rolls, and the permission was gianted. An order was made Instructing the Clerk to notify thejuiors not to be present in court until the 22nd of this month. The original notices sent out requested their attendance on the 18.
