Show District court. The April term of court began Tuesday. Tues-day. A. M. Clayton asked that he bo allowed to plead on Wednesday and court adjourned until that time. His attorneys tiled demurrers and demanded de-manded a bill of particulars. The demurrer was overruled and Clayton then pleaded not. guilty to the three counts. Friday, April 22nd, was set as the day of trial. Clayton's counsel asked for tho privilege of photographing a certain page of one of the county tax rolls, and the permission was granted. An order was made Instructing the Clerk to notify the Jurors not to be present In court until the 22nd of tills month. Tho original notices sent out requested their attendance on the 18.
