Show WS'- !; v I 1 J RODEO ROYALTY. Named as the Iron County Fair Rodeo Royalty for 1979 were, left to right: Effie Sorensen, second attendant, Lois price, first attendant; and Wendy Stubbs, queen. Fair Rodeo Royalty selected Royalty will reign over the Iron County Rodeo. These young ladies will attend many rodeos this summer promoting the Fair and upcoming e events. During the Fair they will reign over rodeo and racing events on Friday and also on Monday. In addition they will be presented special awards at the Sunday evening program by famous rope artists Monty Montana. The event will be staged at Parowan High School. Miss Iron County Rodeo Royalty was selected in competition held Saturday afternoon in Cedar City. Selected to reign as rodeo queen this year was Wendy Stubbs, 19, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Stubbs of Parowan as queen. Her attendants will be Lois Price, 21, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Max Price of Cedar City and Effie Sorensen. 18, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. DeMoin Sorensen, also of Cedar City. A Rodeo Princess and two attendants were also named. Selected as prieess was Jolynn Alger, 17, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jay Don Alger. Attendants are Scarlett Bundy, 14, granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Mill and Joyce Flanigan,14, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lark Flanigan, all of Cedar City.
