The County Clerk will make available or will cause the registration agents to make available at each of the above described polling places a registration list or copy thereof listing ail registered electors entitled to use such voting place. Absent-voter ballots may be obtained by any person otherwise eligible to vote at the special bond election but who, on the day of the election, expects to be temporarily absent from Iron County or who is disabled, by making application, ap-plication, within thirty (30) days next preceding the special bond election, either in person or by mail at the office of the City Recorder in the City Hall in said city. PUBLIC NOTICE is further given that on August 10th 1978, that being a day not later than ten days after said special bond election, the city council will meet at its regular meeting place in the City Hall at 6 o'clock P.M., and canvass the returns and declare the results of said special election. Said special bond election will be held at the following polling places and the persons indicated as follows will act as election judges: Voting Districts Number 1 through 8; North Wing City Office Bldg. 43 No. 300 West, Cedar City, Utah. Election Officials Ruth Adams, Barbara Bingham, Marlene Riddle and Nellie Peterson. Voting Districts Number 9 through 16; South Wing City Office "Bldg., 43 North 300 West, Cedar City, Utah. Election Officials Leah Esplin, Judith Kenney, Rhea Carter and Edna Sargent. The voting at such special bond election shall be by ballot, which ballots will be furnished by the City Recorder of the city to the judges of election, to be by them furnished, to the qualified voters. The polls at said polling places will be open from 7:00 o'clock A.M. to 8:00 o'clock P.M. There will be no special registration of voters for the special bond election and the official register last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election; except that the County Clerk of Iron County will register as provided by law at his office during regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and except during the ten-day period immediately preceding the special bond election, any person eighteen years of age or ELECTION NOTICE TO ALL QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF CEDAR CITY, UTAH TAKE NOTICE that on the first day of August, 1978, a special bond election will be held in Cedar City, Utah, at the voting places set out below for the purpose of submitting to the qulaified electors of said city the following propositions: PROPOSITION NUMBER ONE Shall the City Council of Cedar City, Iron County, Utah, be authorized to issue and sell negotiable coupon revenue bonds of Cedar City, Utah, in an amount not to exceed $2,200,000 for the purpose of paying part of the cost of acquiring improvements im-provements and extensions to the public utility of said city comprising its water system by the acquisition and construction of waterworks, lines, pumps, storage facilities and other facilities, improvements and property used in connection with the acquisition, storage, transportation and supplying of water for domestic, industrial, irrigation, recreational and other purposes, including the acquisition of all land necessary therefor, in and for said city, and all costs incident to the authorization and issuance of the revenue bonds, including fiscal advisers', engineering and legal fees, and amounts necessary to establish bond reserve funds, said revenue bonds to be due and payable in not to exceed twenty-five fOC irArive fvnm ihaiy rl -j f O nr dates and to be paid, as to both principal and interest, solely from the revenues to be derived by Cedar City from the operation and ownership of its water system as so to be improved and extended, said revenue bonds under no circumstances cir-cumstances to be a general obligation of Cedar City or to be payable from ad valorem taxes or any other funds or revenues of Cedar City other than those pledged to the payment of said revenue bonds?
