The water has been diverted from a 14-inch well, 252 ft. deep, at a point N. 90 ft. E. 1345 ft. from W4 Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, R17W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 40 acs. in ENW'4, NE'iSWy Sec. 12, T35S, R17W. Hereafter, 80 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 16-inch well, 498 ft. deep, at a point S. 1520 ft. E. 10 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 9, T36S, R15W (1 mi N Newcastle); and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the supplemental irrigation of 60 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 20 acs. in WV2NWV4, Sec. 9, T36S, R15W.
