Show k Former resident succumbs to heart surgery Graveside services for Dix-I Dix-I ' Ion W. Little, 43, were held at I the Cedar City cemetery Wed- i nesday afternoon, Jan. 21. Little died in a southern California Cal-ifornia hospital Friday, Jan. 16, following open heart surgery. sur-gery. A native of Cedar City, he has been residing in Henderson, Hen-derson, Nev. for the past several sev-eral years. Funeral services were held in Henderson Wednesday and the body was brought to Cedar City for internment that after, noon. He was born in Cedar City Nov. 28, 1926, a son of Thomas Thom-as David and Thirza Watson Little. Married Geraldlne Webster, Aug, 30, 1917 in Cedar Ce-dar City and the marriage was later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple. In Henderson he was employed at the Sands Motel and was a member of the Elder's quorum presidency in his ward. He is a veteran of World War II. Survivors Include his widow; wid-ow; daughters, Susan, Sandra, both Henderson; his parents, Cedar City; and brothers and sisters including T. Dee, Gary W., both Cedar City; Velle Kil-jenquis, Kil-jenquis, Salt Lake City; Wanda Wan-da Brown, Kaysville; Thirza Robinson, Warner Robins, Ga.; and Marie Little, Berkeley, Calif. |
