Soil Survey underway A complete soil survey of Cedar City and 'the surrounding surround-ing potential growth area is being taken tayl a team of specialists fromrrthe Soil Con-servation Con-servation Service. . The sampling will become a part of the master planning program for Cedar City and is being undertake by the SCS at the request- of Cedar City Corporation. Gordon Crandall is the party chief in charge of the sampling sampl-ing project. Crandall points out that there is a wide variety of soils in and around the Cedar City area.
