The Iron Rangers Rang-ers Riding Club has named royalty to reign over events of the summer season. They are, left to right: Carol Ann Berry, Gail Bentley and Tracy Taylor. Iron dangers name royalty A queen and two attendants were recently named by the Iron Rangers Riding Club to reign over events for the remainder re-mainder of the summer season, sea-son, . Named, in competition held at the area south of Cedar City, as Rodeo Queen was Gail Bentley, 19 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Bentley of Parowan. competition compe-tition included horsemanship, beauty and poise. First attendant to the queen is Tracy Taylor 16 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Taylor of New Castle. Second attendant is Miss Carol Ann Berry, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Berry of Cedar City. She is 16. The royalty will participate Saturday in the Pioneer Day Parade. They will reign over activities of the August Rodeo ,to be staged by the Iron Rangers Ran-gers and will, in addition participate par-ticipate in the Dixie Roundup at St. George and at the Iron County Fair parade to be held at Parowan. .... |
