Both mothers had yel. low rose corsages. The bride chose a green, white and brown plaid dress with a wide belt, long sleeves, and high neckline for her going go-ing away costume. She wore brown shoes with this dress which she made herself. The newlyweds spent three days honeymooning In Huntington Hunt-ington Harbor, Calif. The bride is a graduate of Utah State University, and has spent the past two winters teaching elementary school in Provo. The bridegroom served as president of ' CSU, fulfilled a mission for the LDS Church In South Africa, and is now pres-idnet pres-idnet of the Latter-day Saint Student Association at Southern South-ern Utah State College. Among the pre-nuptial courtesies extended to the bride was a shower given in Cedar City by Nancy Silvester and Dee Ann Matthews. A shower was also given by Mrs. Wayne Larson, Mrs. Mary Hig. b&e, and Mrs. Melissa Holben in Provo. Mis.s Jo Ann Duncan became the bride of Daniel M. Jones, in rites solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple June 21. President Iluclger Atkln officiated offic-iated at the double ringe cere, mony. Mr. and Mrs. Gail Duncan are the parents of the bride, and Mr. and Mrs. Homer S. Jones are the bridegroom's parents. par-ents. A garden reception at the Duncan residence that same evening was held in honor of the newlyweds. Guests wished the young couple well from 7:30 to 10 p. m. The beautiful flowers growing grow-ing in the garden made a perfect per-fect setting for the bride in her old fashioned style wedding gown. The dress feautred a mandrin neckline, long sleeves with wide cuffs, and lace covering cov-ering the bodice and cuffs. The gown, which was made by the bride, was crepe. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses and a white orchid. The bridal picture was further fur-ther complimented by the street-length dresses of yellow demity print and trimmed with lace ruffling worn by the attendants. at-tendants. The attendants, Mrs. Jan Freeman, Miss Dlanne Mullett, Miss Mary Ann Matthews, Mat-thews, and Miss Mary Ann Palmer, also wore lace garden hats trimmed with daisies and carried baskets filled with daisies.
