Show Senator co-sponsors bill on remote area medical aid Senator Frank E. Moss (D-Utah) (D-Utah) announced today through his Washington office that he is co-sponsoring the "Remote Area Medical Facilities Facili-ties Act of 1969." The legislation, introduced by Alan Bible (D-Nev.), is designed de-signed to make remote Indian medical facilities available to non-Indians. Senator Moss said that the high cost of medical resources and the scarcity of professional profession-al skills have clearly delineated deline-ated the need for more effective ef-fective utilization of all available avail-able health manpower resources. |
