Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE NATIONAL FOREST TIM-' TIM-' BER SALE, DIXIE NATIONAL FOREST, UPPER VALLEY SALE, located within Town- ship 35 South, Range 1 West; Township 36 South, Range 1 ! West, and Township 36 South, i Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base I Meridian. SEALED bids will I be received by the Forest Sup- ervisor or his authorized representative, re-presentative, at the office of I the Forest Supervisor, Forest Service Building, Cedar City, Utah 84720, at 11:00 A. M., Mountain Daylight Time, ; June 22, 1970, to be followed immediately by oral bidding, ; for an estimated 9490 M board feet of live and recently dead (sound sapwood) timber marked or otherwise designated desig-nated for putting. The minimum mini-mum acceptable bid per M board feet! is: Ponderosa Pine, $10.41; Douglas fir, $2.03, and White , fir, $1.00. Additional deposit' required for slash disposal dis-posal IS $0.80 per M board feet of all species. The bid rates will1 be subject sub-ject to1 adjustment during the J period of the sale as provided for by quarterly adjustment provisions of the timber sale contract. In addition, there is within the sale area an unes-timated unes-timated volume Of older dead (unsound sapwood) timber of all species which will be paid for at a flat rate of $1.00 per M board feet, the required bid guarantee is $3,400. Applicable Ap-plicable purchaser road credits cred-its are $7,650.80. All included timber shall be given Domestic Processing. Bidders are advised that violation vio-lation of the Domestic Processing Pro-cessing requirements constitutes consti-tutes breach of contract and may result in contract cancellation can-cellation or in refusal to a-ward a-ward timber sales to the violator, vio-lator, or debarment or suspension sus-pension from bidding on future fu-ture timber sales.
