Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED DE-SCRIBED PROPERTY will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 15th day of JU-N'E, 1970, at 1:30 o'clock p.m., on the steps of the Iron County Courthouse at Parowan, Paro-wan, Iron County, Utah, by WESTERN STATES TITLE INSURANCE IN-SURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee, under a deed of trust executed by Jay B. Muir and Lolene Muir, his wife, as Trustors, and recorded on the 27th day of March, 1967, as Entry No. 145681 in Book 130, at Pages 70 to 72 inclusive, of the Official Records in the office of-fice of the County Recorder of Iron County, Utah, in Parowan Utah, to secure an indebtedness indebted-ness in favor of The Lockhart Company, a Utah Corporation, , by reason of breach of certain cer-tain obligations secured thereby. there-by. NOTICE OF DEFAULT was recorded on the 13th day of February, 1970, as Entry No. 155016 in Book 151, at Pages 291-292 inclusive, of said Official Of-ficial Records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash payable pay-able in lawful money of the United States at the time of said sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, the following described de-scribed real property in the county of Iron, state of Utah: The SV6 of Lot 12, Block 20 Plat B, Cedar City Town Survey, as platted in the official of-ficial plat of said survey filed in the office of the County Recorder of Iron County, State of Utah, and containing 48 square rods, be the same more or less, Situated in the SENE of Section 14, Township 36 South, Range 11 West, Salt Lake Base Meridian.
