Show PARAGONAH NEWS Mr. and Mrs. Steve Adams and four boys of Anaheim, Calif, arrived here Saturday to visit until Wednesday with Ida's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Pvenford Talbot and with family members in Parovvan. , Mr. and Mrs. Cal Smith, daughter and sons of Sandy, i were here for the week-end with Rachal's father, William T. Davenport and the Clark Lamorcaux and Boyd Robin-1 son families. Mrs. Blakp Smith of Beaver! and her mother, Ma Lindsay t were Monday, visitors here' with Mrs. Bertha S. Tnpham. : I Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Jones 'and their daughter-in-law, , Lola Ann Jones, traveled to Ogden and Salt Lake City to spend the week-end with rel-1 rel-1 atlves. Mrs. Erma Lamoreaux arrived ar-rived home Sunday afternoon after more than a week in Salt Lake City and Layton. She had been called in for Jury duty and Is to report I there again March 3()th. I Mr. and Mrs. Clark L. Or-I Or-I ton moved to Rose-mead, Calif, the first of last week. Mr. and Mrs. James II. An-I An-I derson were ta Eeaver Satur-i Satur-i day to attend a family dinner i parly for Jim's brother, Jay ; billies. All of the brothers and sisters were together at the homo of Mrs. Leola Limb. Mr. and Mrs. Burton Bryant were to Salt Lake City for two days last week. Patricia and Robbie Stevens of Cedar City were her to spend the week-end with tneir grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Robb. Jerald Davenport, a student at Utah State University, was here to spend spring vacation with his people, the Douglas Davenport family. Mrs. Lula Bastian was released re-leased from the hospital Tues. day of last week and is convalescing con-valescing in Parowan at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Vern Mortensen. Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Love of Las Vegas were in town to spend the week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Dee White and family members of Summit Sum-mit were Monday visitors at the H. Revere Robinson home. Mrs. Myrle Walker and Mrs. Ivy Skougaard and two younger youn-ger children, all of Cedar City were Monday visitors here with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. K. Doyle Robinson. Mr. and Mrs. Duane Lamor- eaux and two children of Las Vegas spent a few days with their folks, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Lamoreaux and Mr. and Mrs. Watson Adams of Parowan. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Talbot of Delta, were in town Sunday Sun-day to visit with their friend Gilbert Robinson. Miss Connie Dunton was home from Logan to spend Spring vacation with her family, fam-ily, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dun-ton Dun-ton and Sue. Dr. and Mrs. Duane Hen-drickson Hen-drickson of Ogden were Monday Mon-day visitors at the home of Mrs. Gwen Jones. Mr. and Mrs. Decker Orton and two little girls of Rose-mead, Rose-mead, Calif, were guests at the home of Kathy's uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Jo-seph E. Barton for seveial days. They were here for Deckers father's funeral. Calvin Robinson underwent surgery on his chest Wednesday Wednes-day of last week at the Valley Val-ley View Medical Center. He was released from the hospital hospi-tal Sunday. The Ward Relief Society held its annual 17th of March birthday party Tuesday o last week with a luncheon at 1:30 which was followed by a short program. Many of the ladies wore old fashioned dresses and festive table decorations dec-orations and favors added interest in-terest to the affair. |
