Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations in SLB&M. a-5803 Solon O. and Zelda R. Dobbs, 4387 East Lake Mead Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada, proposes pro-poses to change the point of 18.0 ac.-ft. of water out of a total of 57.55 ac.-ft. of water wat-er evidenced by App. No. 17011 (71-1048). The water was to have been diverted from a 16-in. well 248 ft. deep at a point N. 140 ft. E. 140 ft. from S",i Cor., Sec. 31, T34S, R16W, and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation of 14.3875 ac. in SE!4 Sec. 31, T34S, R16W. I Hereafter, 18.0 ac.-ft. of water wat-er is to be diverted from an 8-in. well 200 ft. deep at a point N. 687 ft. W. 1253 ft. from EM Cor., Sec. 1, T35S, R17W, and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation of 7 . acs., but limited to the sole supply of 4.5 acs. in SE'i-NE54 SE'i-NE54 Sec. 1, T35S, R17W. a-5804 Charles H. Chamberlain, Chamber-lain, Box 122, Hurricane, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use only; stockwatering of 200 sheep, 25 cattle, 6 horses, and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental irrigation of 56.30 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 35.0 acs. All uses in NWNE!i, NENW, SWNE'i, SEV4NW, Sec. 2, T34S, R9W. Hereafter, 140 ac.-ft. of wat-ter wat-ter will be diverted from a 12-in. well 100-300 ft. deep at a point S. 1030 ft. W. 30 ft. from E'i Cor., Sec. 35, T34S, R10W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 35.0 ac. All uses in NEJ4SE& NWSE'4, SW'iSE'i, SEVi-SW'i SEVi-SW'i Sec. 35, T34S, R10W. The of 140 ac.-ft. of water out of a total of 142.72 ac.-ft. of water, evidenced by Underground Water Claim Nos. 17526 (75-356) (75-356) 19373 (75-415) and 19371 (75-416). The water has been diverted from three wells as follows: (1) 3-in. well 250 ft. deep (2) 4-in. well 80 ft. deep (3) 4-in. well, 288 ft. deep, located lo-cated within a sump 5 ft. in dia., 50 ft. deep at a point N. 70 ft. E. 1840 ft, from W!i Cor., Sec. 2, T34S, R9W, and used for domestic purposes of 1 family under Claim 75-416 remaining water will be used as heretofore for stockwatering and domestic purposes by Earl Q. Bunn. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 4-12 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before June 21, 1969.
