Mrs. Jack Farrow entertained entertain-ed Monday of last week at her home in honor of Mrs. Boyd Walker's birthday. She served a turkey dinner with all the : trimmings to Mr. and Mrs. Walker, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Ray-mond Farrow and Dennis, Mrs. Marc Alllon, Eva and Raymond Ray-mond and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Green. Newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Batt of Yakima, Wash, were dinner guest a of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Rowley Monday of last week and Mr. and Mrs. Bill 'Divers entertained for them last Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Whicker and sons Kevin and Curtis of Tootle arrived here Friday to spend the weekend with their folks, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Davenport Dav-enport and Darryl and were joined here Saturday by Mr. and Mrs. Dannie Condie and Russell of Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Davenport were in Paragonah Sunday to visit Mr. and Mrs. William T. Davenport and family members mem-bers and to hear their nephew, Shan Smith, report his recent mission to South Africa. Smith is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Cal-vin Simth of Sandy. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Evans entertained en-tertained recently in honor of their son, Richard's, birthday by serving dinner to all available avail-able family members. Mrs. Georgia Matheson is here from Parowan to spend several days with her mother, Mrs. Hulda Peterson. Mr. and Mrs. Riche Edwards and son Erick of Greenville visited here Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Arden Richards and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Smith. Mrs. Delos Dalton and her daughters Marlen and Mary Dennison were in Salt Lake City roceritly for an overnight stay where they visited with Mrs. Dalton's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alma Hyatt and reported that Mr. Hyatt is making a good recovery from recent surgery.' sur-gery.' .
