Show OES Chapter honors Past Matrons, Patrons Codar Chapter No. 20, Or-dor Or-dor of the Eastern Star, mot for it.s regularl mooting Monday Mon-day evening, May 12, at he Masonic Tomplo with Mrs. Goraldine Gooding, worthy matron, and Gustin Gooding, worthy patron presiding. The past matrons and past patrons of the Chapter were honored, following a short business meeting. Receiving recognition were past matrons Bernice Lewis, Marie Endstey, Lelah Wilson, Marie Bunnell, .Marjorie Arrowsmlth, Marjorie Durand, Candace Ewing, Margaret Mar-garet Slye, Jennie P.eters, Ethel Smiih, and past patrons Flyod Eyman, Clayton Lewis, Harley Endsley, Harry Freeman, Free-man, Ross Slye and Gustin Gooding. Mrs. Wilson welcom. ed the group and thank.d the worthy matron for the courtesies cour-tesies extended to the "Pasts". Mrs. Gooding responded with aDDrooriate remarks. Mr, and Mrs. Alvin Wright, Cedar City, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bunn, Hayden, Colorado, Colo-rado, and Mrs. Belle Lewis, Van Nuys, California, were introduced by conductress Nora Lyman, and welcomed by the worthy matron. Refreshments wer.e served following the meeting, by Myrtle Smith and Nedra Lar-sen. |
