Show NEWS FROM SUMMIT I Mrs. Donna Davenport Mr. and Mrs. Conley Adams and children Lynette, Brent, Sandra San-dra and Curtis, have returned to their home in Hunter, Utah, af ter visiting here last week with Mrs. Adams' parents, Mr. and Mrs. John M. Farrow, and being here for the wedding and reope-tion reope-tion of Mr. and Mrs. Val Dean Williams. The Primary officers and teach ers held their holiday party Friday Fri-day evening at the Church, where a turkey dinner was en- joyed by the 22 people attending which included their husbands, the bishopric and wives as special spe-cial guests. Following the dinner din-ner Delos Dalton showed slides of the movie "Man's Search For Hapoiness" which was shown in the Mormon Pavilion of the New York Worlds Fair. The MIA held a New Year's eve party at the church, where games and an early morning breakfast of bacon, eggs and waffles was enjoyed. Mr. and Mrs. Carlisle Hulet and family enjoyed a visit last week from Mrs. Hulet' parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. L. Mathews, and also al-so her brother Stan and sister La-Rao La-Rao of Roy, who arrived here in time Monday lor a birthday din-nc din-nc preapred by Mrs. Hulet in honor of her father's birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Mickel-son Mickel-son and children, Albie, Valorie and Tammy of Powell, Wyoming, arrived here Monday of last week for a four-days visit with Mrs. Mickelsen's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar J. Hulet. Wednesday of last week Mr. and Mrs. Oscar J. Hulet, the Leonard Leo-nard Mickelsens., Mr. and Mrs. Carlisle Hulet, Diane, Danny, Donald, Chad, David and Marianne; Mari-anne; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Evans, Richard, Jeanne, Bruce and Janet, Jan-et, were all guests of Bp. and Mrs. Kent Hulet and family at their home in Cedar City, where all the Hulet family except Christine Mickelsen, who is employed in Powell, Wyo., were together. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Farrow Far-row and son Dennis and for. and Mrs. Marc Allton traveled to Salt Lake City last Thursday for an overnight stay. The Bertrand Dailoys spent Christmas day in St. George with Minnie's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hulet. The Sherral Haws family have enjoyed holiday trips to Salt Lake City and Circleville. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Thompson entertained Mrs. Thompson's niece and family of Los Angeles, over the Christmas holiday. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Fife enjoyed visits last week from their daughter, Mrs. Mack Rider and family of Salt Lake City and son Paul and family of Parowan. Mr. and Mrs. Delos Dalton and family visited last week in Circleville Cir-cleville with Mr. Dalton's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Dalton. Dal-ton. The Hyrum Humpherys family enjoyed a vacation trip to Southern South-ern California last week where they visited with Mrs. Humperys' mother, Mrs. Beulah Browning. Mark Humpheries spent several days in Salt Lake City with his sister, Patricia. Mr. and Mrs. Dee El Stapley and family traveled to Murray to spend part of the holidays with Norma's mother, Mrs. Viola Neil-sen Neil-sen and other family members. Colleen Fife of Cedar City visited vis-ited here last week with RoLayne Walker. Mrs. Nita Jones spent last week in Salt Lake City with her son-in-law an ddaughter, Dr. and( Mrs. Victor Cline and family. |
