NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer Engi-neer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah. a-5046, W. Clair and Roberta B Rowley, Box 42, Pp.rowan. Ut, proposes to change the point of diversion of 1.56 sec. ft. of water evidenced by Underground Wa-Vr Wa-Vr l inn &-Jl 05-2-11). The wa ler has been diverted from a 12-in. 12-in. well 181 ft. deep at a point N. 545 ft. E. 2385 ft. from W Cor. Sec. 10, T34S, R9W, SLB&M, and used year round for stock-watering stock-watering of 100 cattle and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 120 acres. Uses were in NW& Sec. 10, SE4NE Sec. 9, T34S, Hereafter 1.56 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from either or both of two wells: (1) same as heretofore (2) 14-in. well 420 It. deep at a point N. 485 ft, E. 2385 ft. from WJ4 Cor. Sec. 10, i'3-lS, R9W, SLB&M. The water is t he used as heretofore.
