Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to extend time, in which to resume use of water and to change water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire en-tire year unless otherwise designated. desig-nated. Locations are in SLB&M. Extension of Time Appl. 192, Utah Farm Production Credit Assoc., Richfield, Ut., has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of .0408 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by Appl. 21248, Cert. 4874 (71-1885). The water has been diverted from a well at a point S. 81.5 ft. E. 675 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 23, T33S, R16W, and used for domestic domes-tic purposes of 1 family and for stockwatering of 150 cattle, 250 sheep, 5 swine, and 150 poultry, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 30 for irrigation of 1.76 acs. but limited to sole supply of .5 ac. Uses have been in NW'4NW Sec. 23, T33S, R16W. The water was last beneficially used in 1962; an extension of time is requested to and including Sept. 26, 1971. a-5098, Clark Livestock Corp., 394 S. 450 W. Cedar City, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 2.22 sec.-ft. or 724 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Appl. to Seg. 23692-a (73-2118). The water was to have been diverted from any, each, or all of three 16-in. wells 150-200 ft. deep at the following fol-lowing points: (1) W. 660 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 35 (2) W. 1820 ft. from EM Cor. Sec. 35 (3) W. 600 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 26; all in T34S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 181 acs. in SV2 Sec. 26; S Sec. 27; Ey2EV3 Sec. 34; Sec. 35, T34S, R11W. Hereafter 724 ac.-ft. of water at the flow rate of 1 sec.-ft. is to be diverted from a 16-in. well 250 ft. deep at a point N. 500 ft. E. 1080 ft. from WM Cor. Sec. 27, T35S, R12W, and used for mining of iron ore and for a benefication plant in SWSW Sec. 21, T35S, R12W. a-5104, Ray Thomas Enterprises, Enter-prises, Inc., 650 W. 11th St., Clare-mont, Clare-mont, Calif., proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 1 ac.-ft. of 15.82 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Appl. 16200 (73-1089) Cert. 4249. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 765 ft. E. 520 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 12, T36S, R1.2W, and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 15 for stockwatering of 2800 sheep and 5 horses In SESE Sec. 11 SWSW Sec. 12, T36S, R12W. Hereafter 1 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-in. well 150 ft. deep at a point S. 2156 ft. W. 182 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 14, T36S, R12W, and used for domestic purposes of 1 family and from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 for irrigation of .25 ac. Uses are to be in SENE'4 Sec. 14, T36S, R12W. The balance of water Is to remain as heretofore. Protests resisting' the granting of these applications with reasons rea-sons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Ut., on or before Feb. 11, 1967.
