Heber Gurr, uncle of the bride, was master of ceremonies ceremon-ies for a short program which included vocal solos by Sharon Shar-on Rowley, Howard Horton, Mary Jo Finlinson and Howard How-ard Knight, a reading by Jean Hendrickson and remarks by the master of ceremonies. The bride has attended CSU in Cedar City and USU at Logan. Lo-gan. The bridegroom, is a member of the National Guard and has recently returned from an LDS Mission in Bra zil. In a wedding ceremony solemnized sol-emnized on Saturday, May 11 in the St. George LDS Temple, Tem-ple, Miss Janet Gurr of Parowan Paro-wan became the bride of Mr. Dennis John Dalley of Summit. Sum-mit. President Rudgcr Atkin officiated in the double ring rites in the presence of members mem-bers of both families.. Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Gurr are parents of the bride and the bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Frank Dalley. Fo.lc.ung the ceremony the members of the two families and close friends returned to the home of the bridegroom's parents in summit for a wedding wed-ding breakfast. That same evening the parents par-ents of the bride hosted a reception re-ception in honor of the newlyweds, new-lyweds, held in the cultural hall of the Third Ward chapel. cha-pel. For her wedding and the recept.on the bride wore an original empire gown of white peau-de-soie, trimmed with appliques of French lace on bodice and around hemline. The sleeves were of lace which fell to lily points at the wrists. Her bouffant veil of sheer illusion il-lusion was caught to a crown of seed pearls and she carried car-ried a bridal bouquet of white mums centered w.th a lavender laven-der orchid. The matron of honor, Jae Gurr, sister-in-law, wore an empire style of deep purple. Bridesmaids wore identical floor-length gowns of pale orchid or-chid delustered satin. All were wearing tiny orchid veils and carried noregays of white mums. They were Mrs. Danny Fox, Miss LeAnn Farnsworth, Mrs. Mike Erling, Mrs. Tom Shakespeare, Mrs. Jim Green and Mrs. Gary Simkins. Petite Diane Dalley, niece of the bridegroom looked sweet as a flower girl in a floor-length gown of pale orchid satin. The mothers of the bride and bridegroom wore matching match-ing floor-length gowns of violet vio-let crepe with corsages of white orchids. An orchid decor was carried , out in the wedding cake, table ta-ble decorations and beautiful Flower Arrangements.
