Now, in order to stop the !ter bug to prevent further 'ittering, plain clothes policemen police-men have been appointed by he Mayor. The anti-litter law will be enforced in Cedar City, Ci-ty, accord'ng to Mayor Whet-en. Whet-en. Anyone caught littering the c'ty will be arrested and i stiff fine imposed. People are also reminded of the citizen's arrest privilege. It is not necessary to wait for a policeman if someone is littering lit-tering the town. All citizens have a responsibility to see that this law L enforced. |
