Show ENOCH AND MIDVALLEY NEWS Mrs. Ruth Witt of Heber City Ci-ty visited hero for a few days with her brothers and sisters, the Grimshaw families. The Grimshaw family reunion reun-ion was held on Friday and Saturday of last week. The fa- milies spent Friday in the j I mountains, but the. rain made I them decide to spend the rest of the time at the church in I Enoch. Family members came from Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and California and all branches branch-es of the family were well represented. Mrs. Veda Matheson Mr. and Mrs. Barnard Matheson Math-eson of Salt Lake were here for the week end to visit with Barney's brothers Ivan and Lamar Matheson and with Iris's family, the Maxwells. Their two daughters, Jill and Kay Lynn have been visiting the week end to visit with the Elton Kleliardson family. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Newman and family have moved into the Earl Murie home. The Lamar Matheson family held a cook out Monday evening eve-ning to honor the birthdays of their grandson Alan and their daughter-in-law Jo Matheson. Ma-theson. A large number of families from the Enoch and Cedar Valley area attended the Farm Bureau outing held last Friday Fri-day evening They left Cedar City in a heavy rainstorm and arrived at Wood's Ranch where the sun was shining. A roast beef dinner was served and a program presented which featured music by the Keynotes and vocal numbers by Carmy and Judy Maxwell, and Helen Pace. July 4 has become the traditional tra-ditional date for the family of Mrs. Cora Murie to gather together. This year all of her I children were here. Roland and Ellen Anderson and two sons came from Alamo, New, Bryant and Belva Anderson and two children and Clyde L. Murie from Bountiful; Far-rell Far-rell and Leah Murie and family fam-ily came from Milford and joined with Elvin and Marilyn Murie and children, Don Murie and children, Stewart and Beverly Murie and family and Jim and Katherine Applegate of Cedar, Enoch and Midval-ley. Among the grandchildren who came from out of town, were Mr. and Mrs. Don Kirk-Patrick Kirk-Patrick and family of Costa Mesa, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Deon Murie and baby of Riverside, Riv-erside, Calif; Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Na-than Gifford and children of Las Vegas; Mr. and Mrs. Kent Anderson of Henderson, New, and James Applegate, Jr., of Layton. Miss Rigina Reynolds was a week end guest of Mr. and Mrs. Hunter Grimshaw. with the Ivan Matheson family fam-ily and returned home with their parents. 1 Miss Frances Croft returned to her home in California on Monday after spending the past two weeks with Druscil-la Druscil-la Smith. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Lowry . spent the Fourth of July week ' end in Layton, Utah visiting with family members. Paul and Aurella Mathews and family were here to visit with Aurella's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ivor Jones. They returned re-turned to their Idaho home ' after the July 4 celebration, j leaving two of their boys here i for a longer visit, j Bob and Mavis Munson and ! children visited here last week with Mr. and Mrs. Stanford Jones.
